With a vision for design and a desire to find an outlet for his creativity, Sam founded The Property Experts in the early spring of 2009. Since then, the business has grown, evolved and expanded in fascinating ways. Along the way, they have renovated, remodeled, updated, furnished, accessorized and sold some of the most coveted and beautiful homes in the region.

A unique business model that incorporates remodeling, interior design and real estate has now grown to include exceptional furniture, distinctive accessories and a 15,000 square-foot showroom. His entrepreneurial intuition has allowed Sam to add value to many Tri-Cities properties in a very distinguished manner.

“Beginning my Real Estate career in 2014 was partly due to my moving around the country,” says Becky. “Six states and 8 moves later landed me right back in Greene County. Derek relocated to Tennessee from New York as a teenager, graduating from ETSU with a business degree as an alumni member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity. His love for this area runs deep. After living in Miami, FL, for several years where he established a successful 15 year career in medical sales, he returned to East Tennessee and transitioned his passion and expertise for both sales and service to the improvement and growth of his adopted home. Clients choose to work with Derek for his ethics, expertise, and drive to tenaciously protect client interests. Derek spends the majority of his free time hiking, skiing, and golfing.

Jaelyn graduated from South Greene High School in 2020 with honors, and in 2022, she graduated from Walters State with the Magna Cum Laude distinction. I was born and raised in the Tri Cities area. I grew up in a family business local to Johnson City, an embroidery company. After graduating high school, I moved to New York City and worked in the event and hospitality industry. A few years later I returned home and earned a degree in Small Business Management.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also love to get involved in the community with various organizations. I am huge into the outdoors from hiking and kayaking in the summer to skiing in the winter. If I can be outside, I’m a happy camper. Prior to beginning her Real Estate career, Randalle worked as a Medical Transcriptionist for a company in Arizona. During this time, she was able to be a stay-at-home mother to her two boys, Liam and Colin. As they became older and started school, she became a Registered Yoga Instructor, traveling to India for additional training, as well as teaching in London, England. Randalle opened her Yoga studio in March 2014 and successfully operated through April 2020. After purchasing her first home, she became interested in Real Estate, and decided to make this her full-time career. Randalle joined Greeneville Real Estate & Auction Team in 2020 and had a couple of very successful years, before joining The Property Experts’ new Greeneville branch with her mentor, Becky Rideout.
